Schedule Changes for 12/10 & 12/17
Group A: Beginner-Intermediate 12:30pm-2:00pm
12:30pm-1:30pm Warmup >> Skill Work >> Mini Games
1:30pm – 2:00pm Scrimmage
Group B: Intermediate-Advanced Group 1:30-3:00pm
1:30pm-2:30pm Warmup >> Skill Work >> Mini Games
2:30pm – 3:00pm Scrimmage (likely 2 nets, one at women’s height, one at men’s height)
Group A is for players that are newer to the game and would like a bit more skill work (mainly passing, setting and serving) working towards playing scrimmages with longer rallies. Group A will likely be a bit smaller, but we will be able to focus on individual player skills a bit more.
Group B is targeted at players who can serve the ball in and pass the ball with some consistency. They must also be willing to dig a ball that is spiked at them (it’s part of the game). We will be working on all skills including hitting and blocking, and more team aspects like rotations and team defense.
Both groups will be working on similar skills each practice just at a different level/pace. While 2.5 hours would be a very long practice, we’re not ruling out anyone doing both, or doing 12:30-2:30pm to get some extra skill work in with the second group.
*Please enter the gym from the back door on Haskell St. The main doors at the front facing Rindge Ave will be locked.

Starting This Saturday 11/12!
*Please note, this is an optional program to give players extra instructional and playing time, and have no relation to the intramural practices provided at the schools.
